Payment through PayPal, Ko-Fi or CashApp.

I reserve the rights to the drawing as well as to refuse an order at any time.

These commissions are for personal use only and the client must always give clear credit (that be in bio or in post).

Client must not edit, trace, distribute, modify, make merchandise, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as their own.

Visibly credit @MerkMark_ on the website the product is showcased/used on.

References are appreciated, I can work off descriptions and random images put together but there might be an additional cost depending on how much I have to put together myself (designer fee)

I work on a 50/50 or full payment basis (if payment is $20 or under). I will only start working on the commission when the non refundable 50% deposit is made. If you are placed in queue, client will pay when it is their turn (you can see the queue here).

my TAT is around 3-7 days (depending on complexity) or unless stated otherwise (personal, school, sickness, etc.)

Client will receive 2 low res. updates from me, the sketch and flat colors. Modifications can be requested during the sketching process (as many as you would like) and once the commission is done (limited amount)

I have the right to post the product/WIPs on my social media, unless stated against it by the client (You may request it remaining private or being untagged).
